Pricing

Prices are for full payment at the time of service. We do not accept insurance at this time, including Medicare or Medicaid. If you have private insurance, we are happy to provide you with a superbill that will allow you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Many patients receive 50% coverage.

New Patient Visit $125

• This would include full history and exam

  of any orthopedic/musculoskeletal issue with a review of any pertinent

  images and appropriate treatment, including osteopathic manipulation if needed

• Cortisone and/or Toradol injection an additional $25 per

  injection, if warranted

Established Patient, New Problem $100

• This is for the patient who has been established but has a new or complex issue that requires additional time, up to one hour. Examples include a new injury, second opinion, or review of new imaging such as MRI.

Follow-up Visit $75

• For follow-up treatment with established patients, includes up to 45 minutes of treatment. Example would include a follow-up adjustment in a patient with chronic back pain.

Follow-up Visit- Pop-in $50

• For established patients, Includes 1-2 regions of treatment, 20-minute visit. An example would be aligning a rib that is out of place.

Home Visit $225

• Travel surcharge for over 15 miles from

  downtown Lewisburg

IV Infusions $100-145

• Price varies by selection, see our infusion menu on the infusions page.

PRP Injection $450

• Includes office visit, blood draw, centrifuge,

  and injection procedures. Second joint can be added for a reduced rate.

Hyaluronic Acid Injection Varies

• If interested, discuss with Dr. Poage. The cost

  will vary based on the medication

Fracture Care Varies

• Prices are based on extent of care and whether

  casting is required
